The MDA Zoning & Land Use Committee serves to support the mission of the MDA by working to ensure that any land use and zoning changes adhere to the West of the Boulevard Design Overlay Guidelines while ensuring “compatibility of new construction and structural alterations with the existing scale and character of surrounding properties.” We strive to keep the community informed and educated about these changes while representing our neighborhood through thoughtful input to the city for projects in the district.
